1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LYRA Oracle ("LYRA", "the App", "the Service"), available at lyraoracle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. LYRA Oracle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

LYRA is an AI-powered entertainment application that provides tarot card readings through an AI character named LYRA. The Service uses artificial intelligence, including large language models and text-to-speech technology, to generate tarot interpretations and deliver them via voice. LYRA is a fictional AI character, not a human psychic, fortune teller, or spiritual advisor.

3. Entertainment Purpose Only — Important Disclaimer

All readings, interpretations, and content provided by LYRA are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

The Service does not provide and should not be construed as: medical, psychological, or mental health advice; legal advice or counsel; financial, investment, or business advice; professional guidance of any kind; predictions of future events; guarantees of any specific outcomes.

You acknowledge that tarot readings generated by LYRA are produced by artificial intelligence algorithms and do not reflect any supernatural, psychic, or paranormal ability. No reading should be relied upon for making important life decisions. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on content provided by the Service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using LYRA, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, do not use this Service.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through a supported third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscription and Payments

LYRA offers both free and paid tiers:

Free Tier: one tarot reading per day, daily card feature, no voice conversation after readings.

Premium Subscription: $9.99 per month, includes up to 5 readings per day, voice conversations with LYRA after each reading, and complete reading history.

Single Reading Purchase: $1.99 one-time payment for one additional reading with voice conversation.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Prices are stated in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

All content provided by LYRA, including tarot interpretations, daily card readings, and conversational responses, is generated by artificial intelligence. This content is not reviewed or verified by humans before delivery. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service; resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content; use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others; circumvent any access controls or usage limits.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, the LYRA character, voice, and brand elements are the exclusive property of LYRA Oracle or its licensors. The tarot card illustrations, LYRA constellation avatar, and all visual design elements are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in any content or materials.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at lyraoracle.com/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYRA Oracle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LYRA Oracle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
